Where I’ve been
When I first launched this newsletter, I had recently gone full-time into my coaching practice. I work with Founders and VPs at fast-paced, high-growth startups—and in those early days, I joyfully said YES to everything. Coaching. Speaking. Teaching. Living fully.
Then I “paused” the newsletter after just six months. Not because I ran out of ideas, but because I was immersed in the work. Deep, meaningful client work that stretched and energized me.
In that time, I've coached over 100 leaders across B2B and B2C, helped founders to shape product visions, and supported execs navigating the emotional rollercoaster of serial RIFs. I also went through massive personal transformation – from divorce into friendship, unexpected love, and rediscovering what it feels like to be deeply, unmistakably alive. That journey mirrors what many of my clients face in leadership: change, clarity, and showing up as your whole self.
I joke that the past two years were all decadent ice cream sundaes—scenic trips, shooting stars, late-night ideas. And now I’m craving more kale salads: deep, nourishing work with ambitious, self-aware leaders.

Why I’m back now
Lately I’ve found myself repeating insights and patterns in coaching conversations—ideas that feel obvious to me but are strangely missing from the broader product leadership discourse. Combine that with the growing urgency I feel to support marginalized leaders in today’s political climate, and it’s clear: 1:1 coaching isn’t enough.
So I’m shifting toward more scale, more impact—and reigniting this newsletter is the first step.
